Rocky Mountain Housing Development Corporation (Rocky Mountain HDC) is a faith-based, nonprofit that provides quality affordable housing for low-to-moderate income families. While our buildings provide a roof over the heads of more than 250 families in Metro Denver, our Family Services provide supportive services to help families change their lives.

The Cornerstone Residences at St. Francis Center On June 10, 2008, over 100 people gathered to celebrate as Rocky Mountain HDC and the St. Francis Center broke ground on the Cornerstone Residences at St. Francis Center.
