In 2002, Rocky Mountain HDC completed Arapahoe Green Townhomes in unincorporated Arapahoe County. The community consists of 60 units of which 18 units are reserved for transitional housing for homeless families. In transitional housing, families work with a social service agency to bridge the gap between homelessness and self-sufficiency. Families living at Arapahoe Green earn annual incomes of 30-60% AMI ($17,250 for a family of two - $43,080 for a family of four.) Arapahoe Green Townhomes has an on-site community center with a computer room and playground.
Rocky Mountain HDC is an affiliate of the Rocky Mountain Conference-United Church of Christ
