Arapahoe Green1135 South Xenia Denver, Colorado 80247 303.695.7860 In 2002, Rocky Mountain HDC completed Arapahoe Green Town Homes, in unincorporated Arapahoe County. This community consists of 60 affordable units, 18 of which are used for transitional housing for formerly homeless families with incomes at 30% AMI (about $21,000 annually for a family of four). These “transitional” families are receiving case management services from outside social service agencies over a two year period to assist in the transition process. The remaining units are for mixed income families with incomes between 40% to 60% AMI ($25,000-45,000 annually). An on-site community center offers space for classes, activities, social clubs, and the computer lab. Family Services are available to all families. |
