Willow Green is Rocky Mountain HDC's third property. Built in 2005, the site has five newly constructed multifamily town home buildings with a total of 20 two-bedroom units and 40 three-bedroom units to accommodate moderately sized families. The entire siteis reserved for working families with incomes from 30% to 60% of Area Median Income or ranging from $16,800 for a family of two to $48,660 for a family of four.
Twenty percent of the site (12 units) is reserved for formerly homeless families with incomes at $16,800 annually, who will participate in a two year “Transitional/ Transformational” housing program with case management provided by outside services agencies. |
